1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At bitUrl, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. All paid subscription plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

This guarantee applies to new subscriptions only and is limited to one refund per customer.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • This is your first subscription with bitUrl (not a plan upgrade or renewal)
  • Your account has not been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • You have not previously received a refund for a bitUrl subscription

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals: Automatic renewal charges after the initial subscription period
  • Plan upgrades: The difference paid when upgrading from one plan to another
  • Annual subscriptions after 14 days: Annual plans beyond the 14-day refund window
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations: If your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Partial month/year: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods after the 14-day window

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your registered email address and the date of purchase
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately
  • Any data exceeding Free plan limits may be affected

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You'll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to Free at the end of the period

Refund: A refund is a full return of your payment. After a refund is processed, your access to paid features ends immediately.

7. Service Disruptions

In the rare event of extended service outages (more than 24 consecutive hours) that significantly impact your ability to use bitUrl, we may offer:

  • Service credits applied to your account
  • Extension of your billing period
  • Prorated refund at our discretion

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Existing subscriptions will be honored under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
