At bitUrl, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. All paid subscription plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
This guarantee applies to new subscriptions only and is limited to one refund per customer.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- This is your first subscription with bitUrl (not a plan upgrade or renewal)
- Your account has not been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- You have not previously received a refund for a bitUrl subscription
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals: Automatic renewal charges after the initial subscription period
- Plan upgrades: The difference paid when upgrading from one plan to another
- Annual subscriptions after 14 days: Annual plans beyond the 14-day refund window
- Accounts terminated for policy violations: If your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Partial month/year: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods after the 14-day window
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately
- Any data exceeding Free plan limits may be affected
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

- No further charges will be made
- Your account will automatically downgrade to Free at the end of the period
